Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Delivery to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.
Delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once your parcel is on its way, standard delivery to UK addresses usually takes 2-5 working days.
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We’re not liable for delays caused by the carrier once your parcel has been dispatched.
If something goes wrong
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived, let us know. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and, where the parcel can’t be located, send a replacement or refund you.
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Tracking your order
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. If the tracking hasn’t updated in 5 working days, email us your order number and we’ll chase it with the carrier.
